PUF Insulated Panel Structures

SHAKTI INDUSTRIES manufactures high-performance Polyurethane Foam (PUF) Insulated Panel Structures for mushroom growing rooms, cold rooms, ripening chambers, and composting tunnels. Our panels provide superior thermal insulation with excellent structural rigidity and long service life.

Our CFC-free PUF panels are available in 80mm, 100mm, 120mm, and 150mm thicknesses with GI or SS facings, and are engineered for airtight modular assembly that minimizes thermal bridging and condensation.

Applications: Mushroom growing rooms, composting tunnels, ripening chambers, cold rooms, freezer rooms, pharmaceutical cold storage, and food processing facilities.

Our PUF panels are manufactured under controlled factory conditions using high-pressure injection foaming for consistent density and excellent adhesion to facings.
